So here's a tag cloud depicting where Google is hiring. Mountain View a clear winner:



And here for which position. Interestingly youtube seems to be a new big thing. Note that results are slightly skewed here, there might be multiple software developer openings available that would otherwise trump anything else, but they're only counted once.
